Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been handed to the carrier:

  • Standard domestic shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express domestic shipping: 1–2 business days

  • International shipping: 5–14 business days, depending on destination

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or adverse weather.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • For safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be resold and are therefore not eligible for a refund.

  • The following items are non‑returnable:

    • Items marked as final sale

    • Gift cards

    • Free gifts or promotional items

Radiant Ritual reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
