Standard domestic shipping: 3–5 business days
Express domestic shipping: 1–2 business days

If an order has already been shipped, we are unable to change the address. Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be returned to us; any reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be resold and are therefore not eligible for a refund.
The following items are non‑returnable:
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards
Free gifts or promotional items
Radiant Ritual reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

To request a return:
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the items you wish to return.
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Securely pack the items to prevent damage in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

If a product is being returned due to change of mind or incorrect purchase, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
